Volume tiers (no account required)
- 5-19 units at one delivery address: 5% off list.
- 20-49 units at one delivery address: 10% off list.
- 50+ units at one delivery address: 15% off list (or quote-priced for genuinely large schedules).
- Same-spec mixed-size orders count toward tiers. Mixed-spec orders combined if shipped on one delivery slot.
- Tier discount applied automatically at checkout — no code required.

Priority production slot on your orders, named account manager with direct dial, scheduled delivery to your site or yard, compliance pack on every order (DoP, UKCA, BS EN 1279 evidence), and stillage return collected free on the next delivery.

Q: Do I need a trade account to get bulk pricing?
No. The 5%/10%/15% volume tier discount is open to anyone — it triggers automatically at checkout based on order quantity to one delivery address. The trade account adds priority production, scheduled delivery, and a named account manager — useful for repeat ordering and main-contractor jobs, but not required for one-off bulk discounts.
Q: How long does a trade account application take?
Apply via the trade page. We don't offer credit terms (no NET 30): all orders are paid before production.
Q: Can you deliver to a site rather than my yard?
Yes — site delivery is standard for trade orders. Provide the site address, contact name and mobile, gate code if applicable, and the delivery window. We'll book a slot, send pre-delivery confirmation 24 hours out, and the driver will call 30 minutes before arrival. Hiab unload to ground level is available on enquiry for oversized commercial spec.
Q: Do you supply the compliance documentation pack?
Yes — on request, every trade order ships with a Declaration of Performance (BS EN 1279-5), UKCA / CE mark certificate, edge-seal durability test data, and unit-level U-value and g-value figures. For commercial / fire-rated / acoustic spec we also issue the relevant performance test evidence (CWCT, BS 476, BS EN ISO 10140). Building Control sign-off pack for Part L 2026 compliance available on enquiry.
Q: What's the lead time on a trade bulk order?
Stock-spec bulk (replacement DG, standard door glass): 5–7 working days. Mixed-spec or non-stock bulk: 10-14 working days. Commercial spec (TG, oversized, acoustic): 10–14 working days. Programme-critical jobs can be expedited on enquiry.
Q: Can you hold stock for me on a long-running job?
Yes — for trade accounts on jobs running 8+ weeks, we'll batch-produce and warehouse on your behalf, releasing to delivery on your call-off schedule. There's a small holding fee after 30 days; no charge for the first 30. This is useful for phased refurbs, retirement village developments, or new-build sites where the window programme runs late.
Q: What's your minimum order quantity?
No minimum — single units welcome at list price. Bulk tier discounts kick in at 5+ units to one delivery address. For trade accounts, no minimum order value or annual commitment; the account just unlocks the priority production slot.
Q: How do you handle mis-spec or breakage on a bulk order?
Mis-spec at our end (wrong size, wrong build, wrong glass) is a free remake on the next production cycle, expedited to recover the programme. Breakage in transit is a free replacement; the courier carries the loss not you. Mis-measurement at your end means a remake at the same price again — and we'll sanity-check spec for free if you send measurements before producing.
Q: Can I get a sample or test unit before placing a big order?
Yes. For trade accounts, single sample units at list price (no tier discount on the sample) with the full compliance pack, before committing to a programme order. Useful for matching existing glass spec, validating frame compatibility, or running a Building Control pre-check. Lead time on samples is the same as a single bespoke unit (5-7 working days for stock spec).
