There's no minimum quantity: we supply single units right through to large project quantities. The minimum order value is £54 inc. VAT (£45 + VAT) for Bristol BS postcodes and £108 inc. VAT (£90 + VAT) elsewhere.

Absolutely. All our units are made to order, so any size within our manufacturing limits can be quoted. Enter your dimensions in the product configurator or send us your measurements directly.

Standard double-glazed units take 5–7 working days to make and dispatch. Triple-glazed, toughened and laminated units take 10–14 working days. We email you your delivery day the day before.

Anywhere on the UK mainland. Delivery is free to Bristol (BS) postcodes. Everywhere else on the UK mainland it costs £150 + VAT (£180), with no free-delivery threshold. The largest unit we deliver is 2900mm × 1500mm, and there's a £15 + VAT (£18) surcharge on any unit over 2000mm.

All units are individually wrapped and packed on A-frames or in purpose-built crates to prevent damage in transit.

We supply double and triple glazed sealed units, toughened glass, laminated glass, and specialist products like self-cleaning and solar control glass.

Yes. We offer a range of low-E coatings and gas fills to achieve your target U-value, from standard 1.1 W/m²K down to 0.6 W/m²K for triple glazing. All units exceed current Building Regulations requirements.

Yes, we offer a range of body-tinted and coated options including grey, bronze, blue, and green tints.

Yes, locally. We fit and repair across Bristol, Bath, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire, plus Gloucester and towns in Wiltshire and Somerset. Elsewhere on the UK mainland we supply units for you or your installer to fit.

Standard glazing tools: glazing shovel, suction cups, glazing packers, and appropriate sealant. We can advise on specific requirements for your frame type.

All sealed units come with a 10-year guarantee against seal failure and misting. Our fitting work and coatings (Low-E, self-cleaning and solar) are also guaranteed for 10 years. The guarantee covers the original buyer only and doesn't transfer to a new owner. See our warranty page for full details.

Made-to-measure units can't be returned unless they're faulty or damaged. Please check your units and report any damage, nicks or blemishes within 24 hours of delivery. You can change or cancel your order free of charge until production starts.

Yes. Every price on our website includes VAT at 20%, and your invoice shows the VAT separately.
