• Complex issue with a broken non-standard hinge on 1st floor window. Ollie was the only one of over 10 other firms I contacted who said they could do the job. It took a while, but Ollie managed to source a replacement part and completed the job to a high standard. Very happy with the work done and have asked him to do another job following the good experience.

• I’ve used Pane Relief over many years, primarily to replace blown double glazed window panes and more recently to replace two conservatory roofs. They have always provided a first class service. They will certainly not over-charge you like some other companies. I’ve always obtained multiple quotes for jobs and Pane Relief have invariably come out the cheapest. The products they use are very good, particularly the replacement window panes. The guys that do the fitting have always been very helpful and are extremely approachable. On the negative side, the company is a small business and are usually very busy so the response times to any snags can be a little slow and it can sometimes take a few ‘nudges’ to get them back. However, they do always return and fix any problems. I’ve always been happy with the final result. They will always be my first port of call for window, door and roof repairs.

• Ollie was fantastic, from the measurements, to fitting. Had 7 windows done and they all look stunning. He gave his professional opinion when measuring about windows that were on the way to being totally blown and was not pushy at all. I was shocked at how mess free the process was and how little disruption there was- none! I can actually see out of the windows now and there is so much more light coming into the rooms. I would not hesitate to use Ollie again and I would happily recommend.

• Unfortunately, despite them being really nice people, I have to give them 1 star. They were contracted to fit secondary glazing to my housing association home. The windows stand proud and have not been finished up to the walls. There was no sealing so the wind and draughts are still blasting in. I cannot access the window locks easily. Frames fitted wonkily in the kitchen and screws through the beading are scoring the original window frame. One of the screws misses it completely. The condensation on the original wooden frames is as bad, if not worse than it was to begin with. I cannot reach the top unit without a ladder. I have sent a couple of messages asking them to come and look at it but have not had any response. Gaps everywhere. Very poor job. Really disappointed. Hopefully this review will shake them into action and they will return to do the job properly.

• Used this companies services once 5 years ago. The main guy is a Jehova Witness and he keeps your details to send you religious spam. I have asked many times for them to stop and although they agree, I keep getting messages telling me the future is bleak and the world is going to burn.

• Ollie and his team installed new windows at the front of our home yesterday. They look fabulous and have transformed the look of the house both internally and externally. Those rooms seem warmer already and those windows steam up much less than the ones that we are yet to replace. We expected far more inconvenience and mess but the team were able to replace 5 windows in a day with minimal disruption. Thank you so much, we could not recommend you more highly.

• The glass in Juliette balcony needed to be exchange, after calling to at least 10 big and few small windows company I found out, that the window is wooden and it is difficult to repair. One window company even tried to repair, but after removing silicon around the glass gave up. It was difficult and the Pane Relief step into this challenge and did it after adjusting own tools to make this job happened with amazing results. On the top repair special made hinges in two windows, as well as finish very nicely with panels around the Juliette balcony, where in the big gaps someone squeeze unprofessionally great amount of silicon. Well done Pane Relief, it is no one like you, you spend an effort and extra time to make unusual job (where other companies gave up) working. Happy to recommend !!!

• In the early 2013 I had 3 large units replaced by Pane Relief, unfortunately one of the units broke down the beginning of July I phoned Pane Relief and told them not sure of what response I would receive well I now have a replacement unit fitted without any problems the 2 guys were brilliant.
