Most Pane Relief sealed units are made-to-measure and built to your spec, so tracking begins after we dispatch. You'll get a confirmation email at the point of order, a fabrication-update email once your unit is in the queue, and a courier tracking link when it leaves our facility — typically 5–7 working days after order confirmation for stock thicknesses, longer for bespoke shapes.

Order tracking FAQ

How long until my order ships?
Standard sealed units in stock thicknesses (4, 6, 8 mm toughened; 6.4, 8.8 mm laminated) typically dispatch within 5–7 working days. Bespoke shapes, security-rated builds, and conservation-area slim units take 7–10 working days. Custom oversize and triple-glazed builds 10–14 working days. Your order confirmation email shows the lead time we quoted.
How are units shipped?
Domestic orders ship via courier in custom-built protective crates. Trade and bulk orders ship on pallet. We send a tracking email when the courier collects.
What if my order is late?
If your order is past the quoted lead time and you haven't received a dispatch email, get in touch. Most "late" orders are awaiting an owner confirmation on a manufacturing detail (toughening spec, lead-time-on-a-custom-shape) that we emailed and didn't get a reply to.
Can I change the delivery address after I order?
Yes, while your order is still in fabrication. Once dispatched, redirecting via the courier may incur a fee or be refused. Contact us as soon as possible if the address needs to change.
What if my unit arrives damaged?
Inspect on delivery. If you spot damage, refuse the parcel or photograph it before signing. Contact us within 48 hours and we'll replace the unit — see Shipping & Returns for the exact process.
I'm a trade account — can I see all my orders?
Yes. Trade accounts have a dashboard view at your account page showing every order, its fabrication status, and the linked invoices. NET 30 statements are emailed monthly.
