We supply trade and B2B accounts ordering 10+ units per order or with recurring monthly volume. New-build developers, retrofit installers, FENSA fitters, conservatory specialists, and glaziers all run accounts here.

Volume discount tiers

How do I apply for a trade account?
Email trade@panerelief.co.uk with your company name, VAT number, FENSA/GGF registration (if applicable), and an indication of expected monthly volume. We process applications within 2 working days. Account approval routes you to the trade portal with live tier pricing and the configurator's trade quote tool.
What's the minimum order for trade pricing?
5 units per order unlocks Trade Tier 1. Below 5, the catalogue price applies — though you can still order at standard pricing without a trade account. The configurator surfaces both retail and trade prices automatically once you're logged in to an approved account.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes — mainland UK delivery on all units. Specialist routing (Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland) carries a delivery surcharge quoted at order. Site-direct delivery available; pallet drops can be coordinated with your build schedule.
What's the lead time on bespoke specifications?
Stock specifications: 5-7 working days. Custom rectangular non-stock: 7-10 working days. Shaped, arched, or oversized (>1500mm any dimension): 10-14 working days. Toughened and laminated specs add 2-3 working days. We schedule production around your build programme — flag critical dates at order.
Can I source matching glass for an existing installation?
Yes. Send the spec (overall thickness, build-up, low-E type if known, gas fill, toughened/laminated classifications, dimensions) via the trade quote tool. For unknown specs on a like-for-like replacement, our team can spec-match from a frame photo, rebate measurement, and a fragment if available.
Are units CE/UKCA marked and DoP-certified?
Yes — every unit ships with a UKCA mark, BS EN 1279 compliance across parts 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6, and a Declaration of Performance available on request. Toughened units carry the BS EN 12150 kitemark; laminated units carry BS EN 14449. Documentation requested in advance ships with the order.
What if a unit fails on site?
10-year manufacturer warranty on edge-seal integrity, 5-year on coatings. On-site failure: photograph the unit and edge-stamp, raise the ticket via your trade portal. Replacement units priority-dispatched within 3-5 working days. We do not charge for replacements within the warranty window.
