Measure your existing sealed units following our measuring guide. Record width, height, and thickness in millimetres.

2. Configure

Use our online configurator to enter your dimensions, choose glass type, gas fill, and spacer options. Get an instant price.

3. Checkout

Review your order, add to basket, and checkout securely. We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

4. Receive

Your units are manufactured in our Bristol factory and dispatched via tracked courier within 3-5 working days.

Ordering in Detail

Using the configurator:

Our online configurator lets you specify every aspect of your sealed unit. Enter your dimensions (width × height in mm), choose your glass type (float, Low-E, toughened, laminated), cavity width, gas fill (air, argon, krypton), and spacer bar type. The configurator calculates your price instantly and shows the estimated U-value for your specification.

Multiple units:

If you're ordering multiple sealed units, add each one individually to your basket. You can configure different specifications for each unit — for example, laminated glass for ground floor windows and standard Low-E for upper floors.

Bespoke shapes:

For non-rectangular units (arched, angled, circular), contact us directly with your measurements and a photo. We'll prepare a custom quote and confirm the specification before manufacture.

Delivery:

Standard delivery is via tracked courier to any UK mainland address. Units are packaged in specialist glass transit packaging designed to protect against impact during transit. You'll receive a tracking number by email once dispatched.

Installation:

We supply sealed units only — we don't offer an installation service. Replacing a sealed unit involves removing the glazing beads, taking out the old unit, inserting the new one, and refitting the beads. A competent DIYer can do this, or any local glazier can fit our units for you.

  • Standard orders are manufactured and dispatched within 3-5 working days. Delivery to most UK mainland addresses takes an additional 1-2 working days via tracked courier. Total lead time: 4-7 working days from order to delivery.

  • Yes. Collection is available from our Bristol factory by prior arrangement. Select 'Collection' at checkout and we'll confirm when your order is ready. Collection saves the delivery charge and ensures your units are handled carefully.

  • Contact us as soon as possible. If your units haven't entered production, we can modify or cancel at no charge. Once production has started (typically within 24 hours of ordering), changes may incur additional costs as glass may have already been cut to size.

  • Yes. We offer trade accounts with volume discounts for glaziers, window installers, and property maintenance companies. See our Trade page for details or contact us to set up an account.
