Pane Relief manufactures every unit in-house at our Bristol factory. We control the entire process from raw materials to finished product, which means we can genuinely stand behind our quality promise. If something goes wrong, you deal directly with the people who made your glazing.
How to make a claim:
Contact us with your order number and a photo of the affected unit. We'll assess the claim within 48 hours and arrange a replacement unit if covered. Replacement units are manufactured to the same specification as the original and carry a fresh warranty period.
