How to make a claim:

Contact us with your order number and a photo of the affected unit. We'll assess the claim within 48 hours and arrange a replacement unit if covered. Replacement units are manufactured to the same specification as the original and carry a fresh warranty period.

If your sealed unit shows signs of seal failure within the warranty period, we replace it. No inspection fees, no excuses, no waiting weeks for a decision.

  • Yes. Our guarantee covers the sealed unit itself, not the original purchaser. If you sell your property, the new owner inherits the remaining warranty period. We recommend passing on your order confirmation for their records.

  • Standard replacement units are manufactured within 3-5 working days and dispatched via tracked delivery. Bespoke sizes or specifications may take slightly longer. We prioritise warranty replacements in our production schedule.

  • As a FENSA-registered company, our installations are backed by a 10-year Building Regulations compliance certificate. For supply-only orders, our BS EN 1279 certification means your units were manufactured to an independently verified standard, which may support claims through other channels.
