Delivery Details

Standard delivery (3-7 working days):

Your sealed units are manufactured to order in our Bristol factory. Standard orders are produced within 3-5 working days and dispatched via tracked courier for delivery within 1-2 working days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once dispatched.

Delivery charges:

Standard delivery to UK mainland addresses is charged at a flat rate based on order size. Orders over £150 qualify for free standard delivery. Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and Channel Islands may incur a surcharge — this will be shown at checkout.

What to expect on delivery day:

The courier will deliver to your door. Units are heavy (a typical 1m × 1m double glazed unit weighs approximately 20kg), so ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and carry the units to their storage location. The courier cannot carry units inside or upstairs.

Checking your delivery:

Please inspect all units carefully before signing for the delivery. Check for cracks, chips, scratches, and any damage to the sealed unit edges. If you find damage, note it on the delivery paperwork, take photos, and contact us immediately. Damaged units are replaced free of charge.

Storage before fitting:

Store sealed units upright (never flat), in a dry location, protected from direct sunlight. Glass units stored flat can develop stress fractures. Keep the packaging on until you're ready to install.

Despite our specialist packaging, transit damage can occasionally occur. Any units damaged in delivery are replaced immediately at no cost to you. Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos for fastest resolution.

  • Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number and link. You can track the courier's progress online and receive delivery day notifications.

  • The courier will attempt delivery once. If nobody is home, they'll leave a card with instructions for rearranging delivery. Glass units cannot be left in a safe place due to their weight and fragility — someone must be present to sign.

  • Yes, we deliver to Northern Ireland via specialist glass courier. A surcharge applies due to the sea crossing. The exact charge is shown at checkout based on your postcode and order size.
