Any defect in materials or workmanship identified within the warranty period.
FENSA Registration
Units installed by FENSA-registered installers may qualify for additional Building Regulations compliance cover.
How to Make a Claim
Report
Contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.
Assess
We'll review your claim, usually within 2 working days.
Resolve
Approved claims get a replacement unit manufactured and delivered.
Warranty Conditions
What voids the warranty?
Improper installation, physical damage after delivery, or failure to follow our glazing guidelines. Units must be installed in accordance with BS 6262 and our fitting instructions supplied with every order.
Do I need proof of purchase?
Yes, your original order confirmation or invoice is required. We keep records of all orders, so if you have your order number we can usually locate it on our system.
Can I transfer the warranty?
No. The guarantee covers the original buyer only and doesn't transfer to a new owner if the property changes hands.
What about condensation on the outside?
External condensation is actually a sign of good thermal performance — it shows the outer pane is staying cool because heat is being kept inside. This is completely normal and is not a defect.
