We deliver sealed units anywhere on the UK mainland. Delivery is free to Bristol (BS) postcodes on our own weekly van run. Everywhere else on the UK mainland it costs £150 + VAT (£180), with no free-delivery threshold outside Bristol.
Standard double-glazed units take 5–7 working days to make and dispatch; triple, toughened and laminated units take 10–14 working days. We email you your delivery day the day before. The largest unit we deliver is 2900mm × 1500mm, with a £15 + VAT (£18) surcharge on any unit over 2000mm.
Units come kerbside, to your front door or carried in by arrangement. Someone should be in to check and sign, and any damage, nicks or blemishes must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. All units are transported vertically in purpose-built racks to prevent damage in transit.
